Ribbon Menu Toolbar
- The Ribbon Menu Toolbar appears at the top of the main system window.
- It groups related menu commands together into tabs to help the User find applications quickly.
- It can be customised to suit the User's role.
- Application Permits are used to determine the level of access Users have to the applications. If a User doesn’t have access the menu item will be disabled.

This push button allows the User to select how the Ribbon menu should be displayed. The options are:
- Auto-hide Ribbon - the Ribbon will hide. Click at the top of the screen to show it again.
- Show Tabs - only the tabs of the Ribbon will show. Click a tab to show the commands.
- Show Tabs and Commands - the full Ribbon will be shown all the time.

- The Back Stage Menu contains access to system set up and administration type applications.
- It can be accessed by clicking the File tab on the Ribbon Menu.

- Use these options to customise the Ribbon Menu Toolbar and Quick Access Toolbar.
- They are displayed by right-clicking anywhere on the menu.
Ribbon Menu Toolbar Contents - Home tab:
Log-On
Click to call the Log-On process.
Navigator
Click to call the Navigator application.
My To-Do List
Click to display the current User's To Do List.
Dashboard
Click to open the Dashboard window.
Reports
Click to display the available Reports and Interfaces.
